Description of Action

The City-wide ERP system project is nearing completion – with Community Development scheduled for implementation in January and wrapping up with Work Orders and Budgeting in March.  Costs for City staff training in the new software applications and conversion of transaction detail data from the City’s old system have taken more time than originally planned but were needed to ensure an accurate implementation.  Added funding of $17,500.00 is requested to pay for the increased costs of data conversion and staff training in the ERP system project
